Who are these courses suitable for?
All of our programs are designed to suit the needs of all candidates (UNLESS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED) regardless of their background, be it tech or non-tech. Since all of our programs start from the very basics and go all the way into the advanced level.
Will these courses make me job-worthy
At SharpSkilled, all of our programs cover core concepts utilized in the industry. Thus, once the candidate completes the course successfully with sincere efforts, they will be employable. Additionally, we have specific Job Assurance programs the candidate can take up, which ensure the deserving candidate gets relevant interview opportunities post successful completion of the course.
Are internships provided?
Yes, internships are provided along with internship experience letters post successful completion of the internship. Moreover, the internships provided are real-time industry projects which follow real development practices. This provides the candidate with a holistic understanding of the practices followed in the real world.
How will my doubts be solved or cleared?
Please check your program details to see whether doubt-solving medium is provided or not. For the programs where doubt support is mentioned, you can clear your doubts via Chats & Email on all days within 24 working hours. To get connected with the support team once you have purchased the course, please move to the “My Courses” section and on the left, you will find the chat option.
How long does it take for the support team to revert to the doubts?
Generally, your doubts/queries would be successfully resolved within 15-20 minutes. However, in case of some unforeseen circumstances, it might take a little longer (within 24 working hours).
Are the classes recorded or live?
Yes, daily live classes will be provided as well as recorded backup.
How often are the recorded videos provided?
Recorded content is uploaded within 24 hours of the live session. Also, we provide previous batch recordings in advance in case the candidate wants to self-pace the course.

Do the courses start from the basics?
Yes, every course starts from the very basics unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
What if I miss the class?
All the sessions will be recorded and uploaded on the dashboard within 24 working hours of the completion of the live class.
How long will it take to get my dashboard?
You should get your dashboard instantly after enrolling. However, in case you face problems accessing the dashboard facilities, please reach out to the support team at support@techclick.in.
Can we get job assurance or job assistance outside India?
Currently, job assurance is only provided for India. However, job assistance includes Resume Support, Mock interviews, and job referrals. The rest 2 are provided globally, however, job referrals if possible will be given outside India (subject to availability).
What if I don't submit my assignment on time?
In that case, your assignment will not be evaluated. Kindly check with the team to ensure that it is acceptable in the event in which there is a delay.
Will I get any study material with the course?
Notes (Resources) are provided wherever it is necessary.
Is it possible to switch from a non-tech domain to a tech domain?
Absolutely! In fact, we have many such success stories here at SharpSkilled. The only thing required is skills. The tech world, nowadays, is very dynamic and inclusive. Hence, it does not restrict any background candidate to be a part of it, as long as the candidate is skilled enough to work in the specific technology.
How can I download the lecture?
There is no need to download the lectures as you will have dashboard access for a sufficient duration.
I do not reside in India. How can I manage the course?
If the time zone is something which is of concern, then you shouldn’t worry as every session is recorded, and the support team is available for 12 hours every day. So you can learn at your own pace and get the required support at your convenience.
How does job assistance work?
The programs which come under Job Assurance have certain terms and conditions which need to be followed. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions page for the specific program. What you need to understand holistically is that Job Assurance means we will bring the interview opportunity to you post successful course completion.
How to refer my friends/known for the course?
Each of our courses has the provision to be shared, kindly check for the given option on the course page.
I have enrolled but did not get the course access, whom should I contact?

Is there any affiliate options?
Yes, we do have an option for you to become an affiliate, and the entire process is automated.
What is the refund criteria?
It solely depends on the program. Please check with the sales team during the admission process.
I am unable to see my course completion certificate?
You can generate the course completion certificate from the course analytics section on your dashboard. Please note there are specific requirements in terms of videos, assignments, etc., to be fulfilled before generating the certificate. If you are still facing issues regarding generating the certificate, please reach out to the support team via support@techclick.in.
I have completed and uploaded my assignments, but it is still not updated, whom to contact?

I am a working professional, can I benefit from these courses?
Yes, these programs are suitable for everyone, whether students or working professionals. Since we provide both live and recorded lectures, both can benefit from the course. Additionally, our support team is fully functional throughout the week for 12 hours every day, so you can learn uninterrupted.
Is there any attendance criteria for the courses?
No, there is no such criteria unless specifically mentioned.
I am a working professional, am I allowed to do this internship?
Yes, these internships are not considered as moonlighting since these are Academic Projects which you are doing as a part of your academics. Moreover, you are not giving any professional services in exchange for money.
Is there any restriction with the degree if I wish to do any course through you?
No, there is no such restriction.
